Bio

Dr. Changxin Liu is a Professor at the East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. He received the PhD degree from the University of Victoria, Victoria, BC, Canada, in 2021. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Division of Decision and Control Systems in KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, from 2021 to 2024. His current research interests include distributed optimization and machine learning, modeling and optimization of process industrial systems, cyber-physical systems security, and model predictive control. Dr. Liu was a recipient of the NSERC Postdoctoral Fellowship, and a recipient of the Excellent Young Scholars Fund Program (Overseas) of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
